RENOWNED MANUFACTURER UNITE TO LAUNCH
BRANDED LINE OF STACKABLE BANGLES AND BANDS
Tina Snyder, Editor in Chief of MJSA Journal, and Scott Raskin, Vice President of Kemp Metal Products, have partnered to launch STACKED New York (stackednewyork.com), a branded line of stackable Argentium silver bangles and bands that is poised to take the jewelry industry by storm.
“The time is now for a versatile brand that speaks to the female self-purchaser’s need for a fashionable, high-quality silver line with meaning,” said Snyder. “Our tagline is ‘Strength in Numbers,’ because we believe every number carries special meaning in the universe. Wearing a certain number of STACKED New York bangles and bands can symbolize a hope, dream, challenge, or circumstance in a woman's life, giving her a talisman to wear on her body that is of personal significance.”
STACKED New York currently offers 30 different Argentium silver stackable bangles and matching bands, with and without gemstones, that can be mixed and matched to create a unique, meaningful look for the wearer. The line is proudly made in New York, harnessing the city's energy to create luxe accessories that are both street smart and spiritually connected to the universe. All STACKED New York stackable bangles and bands are named after streets in New York City, embracing the urban inspiration on the company’s styling.
“We manufacture all of our jewelry to the highest quality standards, using only Argentium silver for our silver products,” said Raskin. “Argentium is a 100% recycled luxury silver that is whiter, brighter, and purer than standard sterling silver. Our pieces are hand-cut, machined with high-tech equipment, and hand-finished. All of our gemstones are set by hand. All of this work is done—with care and pride—in New York.”
Raskin, STACKED New York President, and Snyder, STACKED New York Partner and Creative Director, bring a combined 30+ years of jewelry industry experience to this new brand. “Scott and I both went straight from college into the jewelry industry—and we call it home,” said Snyder. A combination of Raskin’s 15+ years supplying jewelry manufacturers with high quality semi-finished precious metal bands in his family’s business, and Snyder’s 15+ years analyzing and reporting on the jewelry trade, the pair brings an unparalleled perspective to its brand. Their combined talents and expertise enable them to offer the highest quality product with a relevant, meaningful message and purchasing experience for the consumer.
Snyder will remain in her role as MJSA Journal Editor in Chief until February 28, when she will step down to concentrate her energies on STACKED New York. Raskin will retain his position as Vice President of Kemp Metal Products while serving as President of STACKED New York.
